Our services
Emergency electrical service calls
Electrical breakdowns give no warning. We respond quickly across Montreal's South Shore to diagnose and repair: we explain the problem, we fix it to code and we tell you how to keep it from happening again.
In case of a breakdown
What to do based on what you see.
Burning or overheating smell
Switch off the affected circuit at the electrical panel and call us right away. Do not turn anything on and do not touch the outlets.
Sparks or noise at the panel
Shut off the main power if it is safe to do so and call us. Do not reset a breaker that has tripped.
Breaker keeps tripping
A breaker that trips repeatedly signals a short circuit or an overload. We find the cause before we fix anything.
Dead outlet or switch
Often a loose wire or a faulty device. We test the circuit and replace whatever needs replacing.
In case of smoke, fire or immediate danger to people, dial 911 first. Only then call us to restore the electrical system.
Our approach
A diagnosis explained. Not a mystery invoice.
Before touching anything, we explain what we found and why. You approve the work before it starts, never a surprise repair that doubles the bill.
And if the problem goes beyond a quick fix (aging wiring, a panel at the end of its life), we tell you straight, with a plan and a budget to fix it for good.
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and short circuits
