Terms of service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the A.F.P.L. Électrique Inc. website ("AFPL"). By browsing this site, you accept these terms. This site presents AFPL's services for information purposes; it does not constitute a contractual offer. Any quote is confirmed in writing, under a separate contract.

Accuracy of information

We strive to keep the information on this site up to date and accurate. However, service descriptions, prices mentioned and timelines are provided for reference only and may change without notice. Only a written quote binds AFPL.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and graphic design, is the property of A.F.P.L. Électrique Inc. or its licensors, and is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Contact form

The contact form is used to submit a quote request. Submitting the form creates no obligation on the part of AFPL and does not guarantee that a mandate will be accepted. The response times indicated (under 24 business hours) are a service target, not a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

AFPL disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site or the inability to access it, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The site is provided "as is."

External links

This site may contain links to external resources (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Hydro-Québec). AFPL has no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content or their policies.

Changes

These terms may be changed at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply to it. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district where AFPL's head office is located.
