Do you work from our plans?
Yes. Architect plans, technical drawings or simple sketches, we adapt.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
It depends on the scope of the project. We plan the phases to minimize the impact, and we tell you honestly from day one.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, on materials and workmanship. The details are written into the contract.
How much does a major renovation cost?
It varies enormously depending on the scope. We set a firm budget together and stick to it. Every change order is documented before it is carried out.
Do you supply the materials?
Yes, we handle purchasing through our suppliers. You can also supply certain items yourself (cabinets, light fixtures, faucets).
Do you work in winter?
Indoors, all year round. For exterior work, we plan around the temperature and protect the job site.
